In 2017, Times Group’s River Park Condominium at Uptown Markham achieved LEED® NC v2009 Platinum Certification by the Canada Green Building Council, a major milestone in environmentally responsible building practices.

According to the City of Markham, “This is a significant accomplishment because it is the only 10-storey-plus building to meet this new level in all of Canada.” Now, Times Group Corporation is poised to do it again.
